This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is securely collected, used, stored, shared and protected when you visit our website or make a purchase from www.innesandiyer.com (the “Site”).
We strictly adhere to current laws regarding the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and you have the right to opt-out or access, edit and/or delete the information we have collected about you. However, by opting out of accepting “cookies” or deleting information you may severely curtail your possibility to use our services correctly and some features will as a result not be available to you.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site (including opening an account with us), we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, e-mail address, and phone number). We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
DATA RETENTION - SECURE STORAGE
Your personal information, collected by us when, for example, you place an order through our Site, is saved on our secure servers and stored as long as required for our legitimate business purposes unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We have made the necessary and appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to protect your personal information from improper use, access, change or deletion. The information can only be accessed and used by our own staff or third-party contractors acting on our behalf and in line with current regulations (“GDPR”). Our contractors have access to information needed to perform their functions, but they are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
Information Storage - We employ security measures (e g “SSL certification”) to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet or wireless network is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk.
We will store your personal information for the duration of our business relationship and will delete all information about you 3 years after our relationship has ended. Some information may have to be stored up to 10 years for us to be able to comply with legal requirements or lawful authority requests.
Online payments
Your payment details are directly entered into the systems of your chosen payment partner and are not saved or processed in our systems. We never store any credit card information. Through our secure payment system (in which all transactions are encrypted to the highest global standards), which operates under strict banking regulations, your card details are sent directly to your payment partner/bank and can’t be read or accessed by any other than them.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; and
Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services such as sending you our newsletter by e-mail. We will send the newsletter to you only if you have signed up for this by submitting your e-mail address in our newsletter module. All our newsletters contain an opt-out link if you wish to unsubscribe.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Furthermore, you should note that when we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above, your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (EIGHTEEN).
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy at our own discretion and without prior notice from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
