SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

The contents of this document form part of our Terms of Service (”Terms”).

Free shipping within the European Union (EU) by UPS

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU

After your payment has been approved your order will be shipped by UPS, normally within 48 hours from the date your order has been approved, or as advised by us, by e-mail. You will at this point receive an e-mail shipping confirmation from us notifying you that your purchase is on the way to you. The notification will also contain a UPS tracking number which enables you to follow the progress of the shipment on the UPS website. Tracking and local UPS contact information can be found at https://www.ups.com/track.

Our 30 days “NO PROBLEMS!” Return Policy

If you for any reason do not want to keep your purchase you may, free of charge, send the unused product back to us within 30 days from the date you purchased the product for an exchange or a full refund. Just use the return slip in the delivery box and follow the instructions for a free UPS return or contact us either by using our CONTACT FORM, or at customercare@innesandiyer.com, to receive our instructions on how to proceed.

 P.O. Box addresses

Goods will not be shipped by us to P. O. Box addresses or the like as we have a requirement that our customers sign for receipt of courier shipments.

DDU, VAT, local taxes and import costs and duties

We ship your goods according to Incoterms 2010 “Delivered Duty Unpaid” (DDU) which for example means that we are neither responsible for nor do we pay for import formalities or pay or collect VAT (other than Swedish VAT), duties and/or other taxes.

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU - Therefore, please note that if your delivery address is outside the EU you may be required to pay import duties, VAT and other local taxes that are levied when your shipment reaches your country. These and additional charges for, for example, customs clearance are your responsibility and are to be fully paid by you.

Note for customers outside the European Union; CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU - If you decide to use any of your 30-days limit free return, exchange or cancellation options we will apply a cap on costs duly paid by you according to Incoterms 2010 DDU rules (e g local VAT, other local taxes, duties, import formalities costs and customs clearance) to a maximum of 25 % of the purchase price paid by you for the product in our web shop.

Estimated delivery times

Europe – 2 to 3 business days

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE EU

USA – 3 to 4 business days

Rest of the world – 5 to 10 business days

Note: 1. Products marketed and sold under "Pre-Order" or “Back-order” conditions will have longer delivery times than our regular product lines. 2. Our estimated delivery times can vary, for example during vacation and public holiday periods, but every effort will be made to deliver your goods within the times stated above.

Delayed delivery

If you feel that the delivery has been delayed to the extent that you no longer wish to receive the product(s) you have the option to cancel the order by contacting us, either by using our CONTACT FORM, or at customercare@innesandiyer.com.

If we, in our view, find the delivery time of your goods to be too extended we will contact you for your approval of the extended delivery period. You have the right to cancel your order at this stage and will be fully refunded immediately.

We will not accept responsibility for delays caused by our Couriers or National postal services. We do not accept any liability for goods lost after we have shipped them through our Couriers or National postal services.

Your receipt of goods (including faulty or incorrect products or incomplete shipments)

When you receive the goods, you must sign for receipt of the shipment.

We advise you strongly to examine that the packaging is not damaged and that the products are undamaged and as ordered by you. If your shipment is visibly damaged on the outside of the package you should report this to the UPS courier when you receive the shipment and add “DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED – SIGNING FOR RECEIPT ONLY” next to your signature when signing for receipt of the package.

It is important that you check your goods when you receive your shipment and contact us within the stipulated period of 30 days after the delivery date if the product has been damaged in transport. Our service team will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Contact us either by using our CONTACT FORM, or at customercare@innesandiyer.com

As soon as we have received and inspected the product we shall, depending on your instructions, immediately either a) send an exchange product to your original delivery address or b) send a full refund of the amount paid by you at the original purchase via the payment method used by you when placing your original order.

If, when you open your shipment, you find that the product is not what you have ordered contact us within the stipulated period of 30 days after the delivery date Our service team will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Authenticity requirements

We can only guarantee (and accept returns of and/or make refunds for) products that are produced by us and sold and purchased on our own website. To establish the product’s authenticity when returning the product, you will need a Proof of Purchase (that is the e-mail order confirmation you received when placing an order with us). We can provide you with a copy of your Proof of Purchase if you have lost it.

Condition of a returned product

The product you return (unless it is a product damaged in the transport to you) must be a regular-price item in new, unused, and resalable condition, together with its original packaging and other included material. Therefore, products that are used, worn, modified, soiled, or damaged in anyway will not be exchanged or refunded by us.  Furthermore, we do not accept returns purchased from a third-party or products that have been personalised, for example monogrammed on the watch case or the dial.

As soon as we have received and inspected the product we shall, depending on your instructions, either a) send an exchange product to your original delivery address or b) send the full refund, at your original purchase price, via the payment method used by you when placing your original order. The refund is limited to the amount paid by the customer at the purchase.

Returned products that are determined by us not to meet the above conditions may be sent back to you and neither will a refund be made, nor will an exchange take place. We will send you an e-mail to notify you of the rejection.

Mode of refund

We do not make cash refunds. All refunds will be made at the original purchase price and made through your original method of payment. Furthermore, we do not deduct any amount as all our refunds will be made at the original purchase price, but your payment provider may possibly charge you for its services. Depending on your chosen method of payment it will take between 5 – 7 business days.

Sales

We do not accept returns of sales products for exchanges or refunds other than when our 2-year International Guarantee is applicable.

Pre-orders

Refunds will not be given for a pre-order down-payment if you decide to not follow through on your pre-order purchase.

Gifts and gift-cards

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. As soon as the returned product is received and approved by us, a gift certificate will be sent or mailed to you. Gift cards are non-returnable items.
