Our 30 days “NO PROBLEMS!” Return and Refund Policy

If you for any reason do not want to keep your purchase you may, free of charge, send the unused product back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or a full refund.

Just use the return slip in the delivery box and follow the instructions for a free UPS return or contact us either by using our CONTACT FORM or at customercare@innesandiyer.com, to receive our instructions on how to proceed.

SALES PRODUCTS - Please note that we do not accept returns of Sales products for exchanges or refunds other than when our 2-year International Guarantee is applicable.
